We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Commercial Manager to lead the customer service and sales functions within our business.Gribbles has five dedicated veterinary laboratories across New Zealand providing diagnostic pathology services for livestock and companion animal veterinarians, university and research facilities, zoo and wildlife organisations. We also operate Gribbles Labnet which offers a comprehensive range of food testing to both independent and multinational food producers.The role of Commercial Manager within Gribbles is a pivotal role responsible for growing our market position. Essential to the position is an understanding of primary industry in general and the veterinary business in particular and a demonstrated commitment to providing a high quality service to clients.The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the development of a commercial strategy, which will identify key accounts and new opportunities for business while improving the service levels we presently deliver to our clients. This key role will be part of Gribbles Veterinary Management team and will be responsible for leading our existing sales and marketing team, while implementing the commercial strategy.To successfully achieve this objective the commercial manager must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.The successful candidate will be expected to travel within New Zealand, Gribbles Veterinary has laboratories located in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch and Dunedin.Gribbles Veterinary Pathology is part of the Healthscope group this position provides the opportunity to work in niche business with the support of a large corporate.

Our five laboratories are all IANZ-accredited and are situated in major centres in the North and South Islands.We are currently seeking a part-time Laboratory Scientist/Technician to join the small team in our Auckland laboratory providing parental leave cover for 9 months commencing August 2017.To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate a strong background in medical or veterinary diagnostic Haematology morphology, experience across multi-disciplines would be a distinct advantage. You will also be willing to learn new skills, work well alone and as part of a team, be well organised, accurate, conscientious, and friendly with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
