Customer Services Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to join our team to lead day-to-day operations in our service department.
This is a hands-on role where we will look to you to lead by example as you get involved in all aspects of the team. Not only will you supervise and lead the day-to-day operations, developing customer satisfaction goals, and encouraging the team
You will also be actively involved in HR management, recruitment, training, and development of new customer services team members.
We are looking for a seasoned customer service leader who is adept at motivating teams to deliver the best possible outcome. You are reliable to a fault and excellent at prioritizing workloads. Nothing is too much trouble and you can adapt and respond to different types of characters. Your ability to build rapport is second to none and you are loyal and confidential.
In addition, you will be able to:
- Quickly adapt to our accounting software (MYOB) and computer systems
- Learn CRM systems and practices
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, being an empathetic and active listener
- Remain calm under pressure
- Adopt a growth mindset
A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent field would be highly regarded.
This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
