Customer Service - Portables

Our Portables team supply and maintain equipment to customers hosting a wide range of public and private events. You'll have probably seen our toilets, fencing and storage units at some pretty cool places around the country; everything from concerts to sporting events - our Customer Service team help make this happen.

By providing quality product advice and sales support they take bookings and coordinate with other members of the team to ensure we supply the right gear for our customers' needs.

It would be an advantage if you have worked in the hire or a related industry but if you're prepared to learn about what we do and have some really great previous customer service experience, we'd be keen to hear from you.

There is always a lot going on, so being organised, detail focused, and having a strong work ethic will be beneficial - we offer the right environment for you to thrive in. You may even get the chance to help out on-site during our very busy events season.

What you'll do:

  • Answer phones - provide sales advice and quotes
  • Create contracts and complete transactions
  • Coordinate truck drivers' daily workloads
  • Office administration and customer account maintenance
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday

What you need:

  • Ability to work well in a team, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate skills operating computer systems & software
