As a Senior Leader, you will ensure best practice financial processes and work closely with the leadership team to sustain absolute credibility across our key finance functions - reporting, controls, payroll, tax, treasury, foreign exchange and insurance.

You'll have exposure to the entire value chain process, from imports to manufacturing onsite, to sales, and distribution of our products.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of 5 with humility and mentorship to:

• Ensure accurate & compliant financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient transactional processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team and key stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate management reporting (monthly), including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation through process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Oversight and expert management of the company treasury, tax & insurance functions.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis

About You:

This is an ideal role for a person with five years of experience as a Financial Controller, ready to take the next step. A background in FMCG or manufacturing and an understanding of the relevant complexities would be highly regarded. It is essential you understand inventory valuation and costing processes.

You have a strong ability to lead, inspire and motivate a high performing team with a continuous improvement culture.
