Depot Manager - Grenada

Tranzurban provides 60% of the Wellington region's public transport services on behalf of our client Metlink.
Our current depot manager has accepted an internal transfer position so we are looking for a new depot manager to support our Grenada depot servicing both Wellington and Porirua on the Metlink bus network.
This is a full time permanent role - the hours are primarily Monday to Friday with an understanding that as the depot functions 7 days a week, you will need to ensure suitable oversight is in place at all times.
The role of the depot manager is to:
- Support a team of operations supervisors to deliver services to our driving team and customers on the network
- Support our driving team to provide exceptional services to members of the public
- Ensure that the depot is safe, clean and efficiently utilised at all times
- Proficiently manage the fleet and coordinate vehicle movements while actively cooperating with other depots and business units
- Work closely with our workshops to ensure that fleet is ready to use at all times
- Liaise with our network support centre, responding to changes occurring on the network in real time and maintaining visibility of our driving team
