KnK Architectural Hardware in Wellington requires a showroom consultant. If you have been working as a retail assistant and would like to further your career, this opportunity is not to be missed. Working with our architectural hardware design consultant, you will learn from the best.
There are also other duties that you will be required to perform, such as seeing in stock, packing stock to go out and keeping the showroom clean. You will have your own responsibilities, whilst learning how to read house plans, schedule hardware for homes, how to pick the right hardware for each customer and what finishes suit which type of home.

About You
- You have an eye for interior design
- You have a bubbly outgoing personality
- Experienced with operating computers, Microsoft Office and POS although training will be given on POS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Creative and enjoy problem-solving.
- Hard-working and flexible as this is a busy working environment
- Go the extra mile to provide customers with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service
- Physically strong as there is some lifting required
Great opportunity! This role will be Monday to Friday, weekends off!
