Joining our Botany store, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. Full training in sales, customer service and product knowledge will be provided to assist you to be successful in your role.

Full time and Part time Sales Assistant roles available.

Must be available to do extra hours if needed, must be available on weekends and late nights.

About you:

• You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a "people" person
• You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in retail sales
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
• Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities.
