About the role:

You will assist our customers to complete tasks, provide information and manage incoming calls and emails. You will gain exposure and insight across all departments at Council and be a key component in our goal to ensure a great customer experience.

About you:

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people, both written and verbal. This includes active listening to gain an understanding of customer needs. You will demonstrate empathy and patience, especially when dealing with challenging situations. A strong aptitude for problem solving and your ability to learn at pace will see you succeed in this role. Collaboration with colleagues is necessary to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
