This role will be for the night shift - predominantly working 7pm to 5am.

Ross Roadmarkers are an Auckland based company specialising in all aspects of pavement markings for Local Authorities, NZTA, Roading & Civil engineering companies. Ross Roadmarkers are Auckland's only independent certified line marking company, with established relationships with all the major Contractors, retail outlets and utility companies. Role & Responsibilities:

We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Road Marking Assistant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be working with the Road Marking Operator to complete work according to instructions and to specifications. We offer a secure, progressive environment with remuneration commensurate with experience and skill levels.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Assist in the planning and preparation for work
• Ensure vehicle and machinery is in good working order and ready to complete work
• Ensure materials required are available to complete the work
• Complete "Pre start Checklist" and file with Manager
• Inform Manager where issues arise from the checklist
• Support the Operator
• Assist with traffic control (if qualified)

Please note: This position requires a valid drivers' licence - Class 1 or above.
